Where Has She Been?

Charlie Bear here.

I’ve missed my Mom Peep. Oh, she’s been here, but not really here. Know what I mean?

See, Mom Peep has been distracted, overcome with emotion, preoccupied, bustling, excited. Guess what happened?

Chris and Jamie wedding pic

Chris (Mom Peep’s step-son) and his sweetheart Jamie got married. I love them. They are super sweet together, loving, caring, and…they love me! Whenever I see them they pet me, snuggle me, talk to me. Nothing better.

Mom says the wedding was really, really beautiful and super fun. Wish I could have gone to it, but, alas, no dogs allowed. Drat. Mom Peep wants to wish the happy couple (who is now on their honeymoon) the best of everything in the life they are starting together as husband and wife.

And she also wants to say “sorry” to all of you for the time she has not been on FB or Blogging or even Twittering. She had to search for just the right dress, the right shoes, the right accessories. She modeled at least 20 dresses for Dad Peep before she decided on just the right blue lace one. Then she toddled around the house trying to walk in her new sparkly, silver high heels. Oh, what a woman has to do, huh?

Wiggles and woofs to all of you, and join me in welcoming Chris and Jamie as newlyweds!

      Beaugie,
I will definitely tell the newlywed birds that you wish them health and happiness. And Mom Peep to stop flying the coop so much!

So much going on with that Mom Peep! But add one more thing, Charlie Bear. Tell her Mount Hermon was gorgeous in every way… except that it wasn’t the same without her. Oh, and give her a slurpy kiss from me.

      Kay,
Mom Peep tells me she missed you SOOOOOO much! Especially the hot fudge sundae in the soda shoppe.
I’ll give her that slurpy kiss for you.

Charlie Bear, thanks for giving us the inside scoop!!!! I’ve been asking your Mom Peep to send me some wedding pics, but I guess she’s been too busy. Glad you remembered! Tell her hi for me…and that I want all the details. 🙂

      Julie,
Details, details, and pictures and more pictures will be forthcoming. Mom Peep is swamped training her new girl at work, busy loving up on me when she is home at night, and sleeping just a little bit. She’s loving life though. Heck, it’s been exciting!
Wiggles and woofs to you and Clyde,

Wow Charlie Bear! That is so great! Please send our congratulations to the happy couple! And tell your mom peep that it’s okay she hasn’t been in touch for a while. My mom says family is something to be cherished and always comes first.

    Your pal,
    Jake
