Do you have it?

January 6, 2015 at 10:14 am 10 comments

Charlie Bear here.

Mom Peep wants to know if you have it. I want to know if you have it.

What is it? I’ll let her tell you all about it in her first Taylor’s Tips Newsletter of 2015:

TAYLOR’S TIPS for a more productive you…

Have you heard about the trend of picking a single word to concentrate on for the coming year?

My word for 2014 was TRUST. It served me well.

My new word for 2015 is COURAGE.

Picture the lion in the Wizard of Oz, pulling on his tail, twisting it all around, blubbering and choking out the words, “All I need is some courage.”

That’s me. I have so much to accomplish in 2015. Maybe you do, too?

I need strength, determination, and fearlessness to go after my dreams.

fearless

But I have a feeling I can do it. I already feel infused with courage and am ready to put my all into this new year.

Are you ready to join me?

Write to me at bj@bjtayloronline.com and tell me what YOUR word is for 2015. We’ll pursue our goals together.

Hugs and love, and blessings on your work.

Follow your dreams…
B.J.

Hey BJ. Well, I don’t have one yet. Last year I chose QUIET. Not so much for the life around me, but for my heart. This year..hmm. I love your word. But I also want to claim CONTENT. So, may I borrow yours and choose two? COURAGE and CONTENT. Thanks, BJ:)

      Shawnelle,
Charlie Bear here. I like your last word: QUIET. When I go into my room at night to sleep, I stick my four legs into the air and snooze like a baby. Even if the TV is on, the Peeps are talking, or what not, I am in my zone of QUIET.
You can borrow Mom Peep’s word of COURAGE, sure, why not? It’s a sharing word anyway. All people can have it. Even me.
I like CONTENT too. I’m happy with all of my life. Of course, I don’t have the issues you humans do, but I do still spin and chase my tail and freak out about things. So if you don’t mind, I’m going to borrow your word and be more CONTENT this year.
Woofs and wiggles to you and your whole clan,
      Charlie Bear

My word is ‘Get Up And Do It’; to keep my email inbox cleaned out better, right now got over 1400 unread ones, got to do better than that this year 2015. Good luck in your new word Courage…

      Beaugie,
That inbox can be cumbersome to maintain. Bet there’s suggestions out there in … what do that call it … Google-land? For how to keep a handle on it.
Me…I let Mom Peep take control of all that stuff. I just eat and sleep and get my belly rubbed.
      Woofs to you, Beaugie,

Great post, Charlie & Mom Peep. My word for the year is perseverance. In all things–writing, of course, health, life in general. I look forward to reading your blog every week. You are very clever to come up with such good subjects to make me think and smile and sometimes laugh out loud.

      Jean,
Perseverance…I like that word. I have to persevere when Mom Peep doesn’t feed me right when I want to be fed (which is always and right NOW), and I have to persevere when I want to take a walk and Mom Peep and Dad Peep are not home! Drats. That’s a tough one.
      Wiggles to you, Jean,

      Julie,
I like SIMPLE: simple kibble, simple treats, simple snacks, simple tummy rubs, simple snuggles, simple sleepytimes, simple love.
