No More Homeless Pets – Like Me, says Charlie Bear

Five years.
Bunny love.
Caring for Duke.
Dogs to good homes.
These are the things the people at Best Friends Animal Society share in their video on what they are thankful for. Me? I’m VERY thankful I’m not homeless anymore. I was rescued and then fostered and then placed in my forever home, but many are not so lucky.
The animals at Best Friends (and there are more than dogs and cats there) are given a chance to find their own forever home. I hope every one of them do. Don’t you?
P.S. Mom Peep only knows how to cut and paste a link, not how to make it show up super cool, but here it is. The two-minute utube video. Feel the love. I did.

Thanks for getting the word out, Charlie Bear. My mom sponsors two dogs at Best Friends – one is even your namesake! Even if you can’t adopt, you can sponsor a dog – what a great gift: do it in someone’s name!
Merry Christmas to you, Charlie, and your peeps. Hope you get lots of squeaky toys and chew bones.

Tiger,
Thanks for the well wishes for Christmas, and for getting lots of squeaky toys and bones. I think I’ll get many and hope you do too.
Woofs & Wiggles to you,

Your mom is one smart lady, Charlie Bear. That getting acquainted process can take a while. Grin.

Julie & Clyde,
Yup, you’re right. You are wise too! Have fun on the holidays. Tell Clyde to woof it up.
Best Woofs & Wiggles to you,

Thank you B.J. and Charlie for sharing these important thoughts. Did you know that our current foster dog Sammy is being adopted out through the Best Friends Los Angeles programs?

Dear Foster Mom, Sara,
Hi there! Wiggles & Giggles and Licks to You! I miss you!
Wasn’t I adopted out through Best Friends Los Angeles program too? I think Mom said I was. So happy for Sammy. Did he get a furever home yet? Mom showed me his picture and he’s super cute.
I hope you have a marvelous Christmas.
Love,
Charlie Bear
